Hugh Bobart II

Massage (1998; Trinidad & Tobago).

Reflexology (2001; London, England).

LPG endermologie® (2017; Paris, France).

Hugh Bobart II began his career as a therapist in London in 2001. His journey has since carried him across the Asian continent, with each step allowing him to further hone his craft. Having spent time in China (2010), India (2013), Thailand (2015), and Malaysia (2018), he has gained exposure to both traditional and modern techniques in massage and therapy in numerous cultures. Clientele both locally (Trinidad & Tobago) and internationally have, thus, benefited from his ability to integrate these different disciplines to best address the needs of each individual.

Described by many as “magical”, Hugh has been able to apply his wealth of experience to help people with issues both chronic and acute. His unique perspective offers him a singular view of the human anatomy. This enables him to identify solutions which may often deviate from the norm but have proven more effective than standard methods.

In addition, he has accompanied a number of elite athletes as the team or individual athlete’s therapist. These include:

- The Trinidad & Tobago Junior Track & Field team at the XVI Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships (2004 Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico);

- Trinidad & Tobago Olympic swimming medalist George Bovell on his pre-Olympic circuit in 2016 (Open De France, Vichy Val D’Allier; Internazionali Di Nuoto, Rome)

- Sweden Olympic swimming medalist and swimming World Championship medalist Therese Alshammar on her pre-Olympic circuit in 2016 (Stockholm, Sweden; Internazionali Di Nuoto, Rome)

Karin Singh

BA (Hons) Stage Management & Technical Theatre (Guildhall School of Music & Drama; London, United Kingdom 2012).

BSc Computer Science (University of the West Indies; Trinidad & Tobago 2018).

LPG endermologie® (Paris, France 2017).

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (2017).

CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer (2016).

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (2015).

Karin would describe herself as a child of Earth, having spent most of her formative years moving frequently. Growing up in countries such as Japan, Australia, India, Malaysia, and Azerbaijan strongly informed her understanding of and approach to developing the human condition.

Equal parts artist and technician, Karin applies her broad knowledge base to help her clientele achieve their goals in health and fitness. She found a passion in fitness through CrossFit in 2014 and pursued her first coaching credentials in 2015. While completing her degree in the University of the West Indies, she regularly coached CrossFit classes at CrossFit 12-12-12 (and occasionally at WeHeart CrossFit). Though she now trains exclusively in Olympic Weightlifting (with Olympic aspirations), she still offers personal training services and functional fitness programming.

Karin pursued her certification in endermologie® as the non-invasive treatment aligns well with her personal views on healthy methods for achieving aesthetic goals. Additionally, working with her endermologie® clients fulfills another aspect by which she can help people (alongside physical training and nutrition advisement).

Achieving the body of your dreams is not a single-faceted feat; the wide scope of Karin’s skill set is ideal to effectively aid in the various aspects of your journey.
